Could you add ci-configuration & ci-admin to the code-review bot Herald rule on phabricator-dev ?
I'm testing the new setup to cover all hg.mozilla.org/ci projects with the code review bot.

BTW the taskgraph project seems to be missing on phabricator-dev.

  1. Added ci-configuration & ci-admin
  2. Setup taskgraph repo on phab-dev and added to the Herald rule as well.
