  2. Launch VoiceOver
  3. In a new tab, navigate to wikipedia.org

Results:
VoiceOver focus lands in the wikipedia content, on the search bar, once the tab has finished loading

Expected:
Same as Safari
Actual:
Focus remains on the URL bar
