STR:

  1. Enable VoiceOver
  2. Navigate to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?format=advanced
  3. Move VO cursor to "Classification" select multiple

Expected:
With cursor on select multiple, VO reads aloud the enclosed options. Hitting VO + right arrow moves to the next heading, and does not enter into the select multiple.

Actual:
With cursor on select multiple, VO does not read the enclosed options.
Hitting VO + right arrow moves to the first item within the select multiple.
