We tested the fix on latest Nightly 76.0a1 using Windows 10 x64, Windows 7 x64, Ubuntu 18.04 x64 and macOS 10.14. Everything works as expected. The banner disappears when you are logged into an account that was synced with a mobile device.
Can you please tell us when you want to uplift the fix in beta, too. Thank you.
