- If yes, steps to reproduce: There's already a QA team assigned to this project led by rdoghi, so they'll probably verify this.
- List of other uplifts needed: None
- Risk to taking this patch: Low
- Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): The patch itself just pref-enables Feature Policy & Permission Delegation, which has baked on Nightly and Beta for a while.
