8/8/02 Win2000 trunk
1.) Open Preferences, and then open a window inside prefs, such as 
Navigator>Languages>Add
2.) Click Cancel. Click OK to close the Preferences window.
What happens: The OK button does not function.
why didn't you flag this as a blocker or smoketest failure? :-(
