1617482 - Rename *-asan-reporter-nightly to *-asan-reporter-shippable to reduce confusion

I should note that while the index's used on the page in c#0 are not changing here, the nightly index is only useful when a nightly graph is created, so if the generation of these builds ever happens outside of a nightly graph and moves to a promoteable format then they would be gone so would benefit from using the .shippable.latest index.

Note that bug 1617836 is moving this documentation to firefox-source-docs. Can you please make sure it is also updated there? The MDN page will likely become a redirect to the new doc once it landed. Thanks!
