The android-* jobs in Gecko are no longer for fennec, we should name them in a way which reflects what they actually do, which is build (and test) geckoview.

This will need us to update (at least) https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/blob/0d87da4b11caf3644d70869bcad3635c347a3ee4/taskcluster/ci/geckoview/kind.yml#L11 which will support a 48 hours max delay since last build is noticed.
