The purpose of this CFR is to quickly learn how short term user retention is affected by:

• target a CFR for new users who downloaded Firefox from Chrome or Edge
• when they are on a popular site that requires a login
• whose profile is < 7 days old
• in en-US locale and Windows OS

The CFR prompt will ask users if they want to import passwords from their old browser. The CTA on the CFR will open the Firefox Profile Migration Wizard.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]:

This CFR experiment will run in the 74 release. It is fully remote campaign so there will be no uplift associated with this bug.
