Improving profile migration experience in firefox 75+ initially focusing on new users from windows chrome. This will likely include adding new entrypoints ranging from "simple" button/menu items to open the wizard and more intricate UIs that make use of pre-import data, e.g., logins or topsites, for a more compelling reason to import data.

This will likely require changes to the migration wizard and various surfaces, e.g., password autocomplete and new tab page.
