Moz.tools ( bug 1594664 ) and mozilla-releng.net ( bug 1558787 ) had there dns hosting moved to cloud ops in the mentioned bugs and therefore we need to remove the old zones and records under the old releng aws account.

Using dig/whois, I've confirmed the current whois NS records do not match the NS records in the route53 zones in the releng aws account. I also had ckolos confirm they currently match the NS records in the cloudops account. This confirms it is safe to delete the old hosted zones in the releng AWS account for both domains.
