replace classic security lock icon in lower right of phoenix window.
replace bookmark groups icon. 
replace throbber.

fixed in menus.  bug 171870 opened to track this in the manager.

Arg...
Bookmark group icons won't be needed, since we will change the way group of
bookmarks are handled (see bug 171330). Only the normal group mark icon will be
used for the "Select this folder' menuitem.
