Scope of this bug includes:

  2. Replace Mobile Card with Browse Privately

  3. Update hardcoded entrypoint and utm-term to use simplified about:welcome specific values

I have verified that:

  • The simplified "about:welcome" page UI respects the design specs from description.
  • The "Private Browsing" card is displayed instead of the "Mobile" one.
  • The "Awesomebar" is focused when the "Start Browsing" button is clicked.

Verified this using the latest Firefox Nightly (75.0a1 Build ID - 20200304084140) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.2, and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
