If I open up the preferences dialog in 2002080808 and select anything besides
the top-level Navigator category, the dialog box will not close when pressing
OK.  It will close if I press cancel, or if I press OK on the Navigator category.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Edit|Preferences in Mozilla's menu
2. Click on the Privacy & Security category
3. Press the OK button

Actual Results:  Nothing

Expected Results:  Settings saved, dialog closes

Tried this with a fresh profile and got the same results.
