Text selection in Fizzilla is slow, and occurs in a jerking fashion.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the URL
2. Click and drag to select a line or greater area of text, especially down in
the comments

Actual Results:  The selection action is delayed; blocks of text will select
periodically following the mouse movement, but will often take two or three
seconds to catch up with the mouse.

Expected Results:  The selection action should essentially track the mouse
cursor nearly live (as in Mac IE).

This isn't just a problem with bugzilla, either, it's a general problem that I
am also seeing. Selection is just slow.

Does now seem to be much faster using FizzillaCFM/2002083017. Probably depended
on bug 161481; resolving WFM.
