Affected platforms

• Windows 10, Ubuntu 18, macOS 10.15;

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox;
2. Press F12, press F1 (open the DevTools Settings);
3. Click on the 1st toggle button or for any option;
4. Press the TAB key 1-2 times;
5. Press the space key;

Expected result

• option is marked as being selected;

Actual result

• no selection indicator on check-boxes and radio buttons;

Regression range

• builds that were considered good had the box with a dotted-border as indicator that it's the current selected item;
• First bad: build_date: 2016-10-26
• Last good: build_date: 2016-10-25
• Pushlog: URL

Additional notes

• attached recording with the issue;
• not limited to just one theme(dark/light).
