What were you doing?

1. Follow the steps from https://github.com/firefox-devtools/ux/issues/112#issuecomment-591654101 for https://launchpad-star-wars.glitch.me/
2. Inspect the Params > Request payload
3. Try to interact with the text

What happened?

Scrollbar pops over the content (macOS).

What should have happened?

The CodeMirror was the full height of the panel before, putting the scrollbar at the lower edge of the sidebar.
