need to fix ctrl++ to zoom fonts. ctrl+- is working and the menu items are working but the increase size keyboard shortcut is broken
Just want to add that ctrl+(numpad +) works, but the one with '=' doesn't work
fixed.

verified. ctrl+ and ctrl- both work. they work in the keypad and the top row. tested in a build from today on win2k and rh null. (note, ctrl0 does not return to the default like it does in seamonkey. this is by design, at least for now.)
