User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox
Type these keys:
ALT
V
R
Actual results:
Nothing.
The access keys for this function changed from ALT V (R)eset to ALT V (A)ctual size.
Expected results:
The menu Items should have been kept the same:
(R)eset
or changed to:
(R)eset to actual size
instead of being changed to:
(A)ctual size
Becuase the only reason to choose that option is to RESET the tab to the Default Zoom Level

Intentional change introduced in bug 1601404. It's now in line with Chrome and Safari, and Alt+V, Z, A
is easier to press (on US layout keyboards at least). The oddity of the wording was acknowledged at bug 1601404, comment 3.

Yeah, in this case I think consistency is worthwhile. 73 has been out for 4 weeks so it's too late to address this just for the sake of muscle memory - of course, even if we did, that'd break the muscle memory of people coming from other browsers, so we can't win.

Theodore, Control-0 still works and I'm surprised that you are using access keys for this when a keyboard shortcut exists. YMMV. :)
