Seems to be some sort of mDNS problem. Happens when both ends are nightly, with one end running on windows and the other running on OS X.

Worked for me locally using Linux, Windows and OS X all on Nightly. Wireshark might shed some light on why it is failing on your network.

Ok, so something particular to either my windows installation, or maybe my network. Since I can repro, I'll look into it.

I tried this on my local network between macOS and Windows and it worked for me (both with media.peerconnection.ice.obfuscate_host_addresses set true or false).
