1619017 - Treeherder Ui changes needed for TreeStatus changes

Within TreeStatus, names for the comm-* repositories are going to be changed so that they match the Mercurial repository names like they do for other repositories.

comm-central-{thunderbird,seamonkey} -> comm-central, etc.

Once the new trees are set up and hg.mo is using them Treeherder will need to use the new URLs as well. Effectively drop https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder/blob/65b7f4ab451fcb8bba49f5e41963c81be2fa9cdb/ui/models/treeStatus.js#L4-L11

It looks like getTreeStatusName is also used in WatchedRepo.jsx as well.
