WebRenderAnimationData is used both for APZ and CSS/Web animations/transitions. But the WebRenderAnimationData has a bunch of members which are not used for APZ. For APZ, IIUC, it just needs an animation ID.

AnimationInfo has a bunch of member variables that are not necessary for APZ.
