This was initially reported here https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/49105

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the provided testcase in Firefox on Windows and upload an .ics file

Expected:
type of uploaded file is detected as "text/calendar"

Actual:
type is empty

In addition, accept="text/calendar" doesn't take any effect, allowing to select other file types

I can't reproduce this problem. I suspect bug 1660560 should have fixed this. Of course as always with MIME type bugs they depend on the running system.
