We have two people that want to "watch" just the HTTP bugs, and not "all bugmail Darin gets (HTTP, Cache, and some very confusing NSPR and XPCOM bugs)" and not "all bugmail Tom <tever> gets (HTTP, Cookies, Cache, Image Blocking, RDF)". If you create this group, then people can watch just this account. The first person is me. The second person is a contributor who had watched "new-network-bugs", but was more interested in HTTP.
