We should be able to take an external file that contains a backup of one or multiple secret keys (e.g. exported by gnupg) and import it.
Because we use the same passphrase for all the secret keys managed by us, we need to ensure we can unlock the secret key (prompt the user for the passphrase if necessary), and protect it using our internal, automatic passphrase.
