Why does https://permission.site hold on to "Camera"?

I can't figure out why clicking "Camera" on https://permission.site/ (view-source:https://permission.site/index.js ) and clicking allow holds on to the camera until page close, whereas the approximate same code in https://jsfiddle.net/jib1/r60bzmrs/183/ releases it after 3-10 seconds (by observing the camera HW light).
So I opened this bug to track it down later.
- I can keep doing a binary search between them until I find it.
- Or I can use https://crisal.io/words/2019/11/13/shutdown-leak-hunting.html
