As noted in the Automated Deployments section of the Durable Sync runbook, we'd like to implement the following:

When a PR is merged to master, that will automatically kick off a deploy to the development environment.

I am guessing that this is a Jenkins only thing, but if there's more work that needs to be done in terms of dev process/etc, let me know.

It does exist, we just don't know why it is giving my client 401s. The deploys are sending notifications to the services-engineering-bots channel.
