(Whiteboard: [proprietary-html][layers][havecontact])
Go to www.bielefeld.de, click on 'Stadtplan', enter some street in 'Straße /
Hausnr' (e.g. "Marktstr. 1") and click on 'STARTEN'.
In the resulting map the blinking crosshair should mark the desired location and
not blink in the upper left corner. Seems to be a Layout/Layer-Problem.

This works when I set the useragent string to Netscape 6.2 Linux (using
prefbar). They have to adjust their browser sniffer.

Crosshair is working now. They've fixed their browser-detection.
