1619769 - After entering table view in Intermittent Failures View, the title should be on focus

Users can toggle the graph view to table one, in Intermittent Failures View. In order to improve screen-reader users' navigation, after clicking on the "Show Table View" button, the focus should be on the table title. That is important mostly because the table appears before the usual flow.

The flow should be:

1. Click the "Show Table View" button;
2. "Failure Count Per Push" table title should be on focus.

When clicking the "more tables" button, then the "Failure Count vs Push Count" title should be on focus.
