we have instructions for filling out a form to get an API key.

However, we prefer using Bugzilla for API key requests for Mozilla needs.

This bug covers fixing that text to route Mozilla uses to writing up a bug in product:Location component:API Key.

I think this is the second time this has come up and someone has been sad. I don't think we give out API keys often, but for our co-workers' sanity it's prudent to make a text change soon.
