create a test page witht he foloowing code. The image does not display just a 2
pixel border around a 24x24 pixel square.

WFM, closing out as such, reporter, could you try a newer build and reopen if
you still see this problem
WFM 2002080718/win98se.
Reporter: also check your Image Blocking preferences...
==> WORKSFORME (Reason: reporter has obsolete build; got 3 WFM reports)
Please reopen if the problem still exists with a new build.
P.S. It is strongly recommended to backup your Mozilla profile data
before installing a new nightly build.
