Steps to reproduce:

I've tested my client website https://www.paperjobz.com/ using smooth scrolling in their theme but not works with firefox.

Actual results:

Scrolling is an ultra-basic feature that is is now consistently infuriating and Firefox needs to fix it. There is so much laggy and slow scrolling.

Expected results:

Smooth Scrolling works fine on Chrome.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
