1619967 - Firefox screenshots lose hover effects

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to a page with a hover effect, e.g. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/:hover
• hover over the "Try hovering over this link." example
• Take a screenshot using FF's <ctrl>-<shift>-S
• Also take a screenshot using windows <win>-<shift>-S

Actual results:

The hover-lost animation occurs when using firefox screenshots, and the final screenshot (unless you're really fast) will be in the unhovered state. When using windows screenshots, the screenshot is taken of the image as it was when I pressed the key-chord.

Expected results:

The firefox screenshot should have taken the screenshot as the screen was when I pressed the key-chord, not as the page changed.

I also attached a screenshot using the windows builtin screenshot tool, which has the behavior I'd expect.

Though to me this is a bug, I can imagine this is an enhancement from other's perspective, so I picked the case type pretty much at random.
