162005 - [FLOAT] Quirky layout of float and clear elements, redisplays fine when browser is resized

See the given URL for an example of how I've observed this problem.  You should
see a box that says "Galleries", with two images below it, then a line reading
"Images" below that.  Below that outlined box there are four images, at the
bottom of the page.  They should appear directly under the "Images" line, just
like the two images below the "Galleries" line do.  The lines that read
"Clearer" or "Clear again" are contained in div elements with "clear: both" set
as their style.

What makes this appear to be a bug is the fact that going to another page and
returning to this one with the back and forward buttons, or forcing the display
to redraw by resizing the window, fixes the layout.  If the browser window is
resized, the images magically jump up to where they belong.

Confirming. Bug reproduces under WinME, build 2002053012, Mozilla 1.0.
Workaround also works. Request severity triage. I recommend Mozilla 1.2alpha for
target milestone, as it isn't a blocker but does break web pages. Also, I've
seen it over the last few weeks but assumed it was errors in rendering tables
that also plague Mozilla.

Adding CC:self as I'm personally interested in its resolution. Definitely
recommending platform change to ALL and confirmation.

Confirming. Observe that it does not occur if WIDTH+HEIGHT is explicitly added
to the IMG.

This bug seems to be closely related to
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=157444

Both bugs both have a float followed by clear, then another floating image.  The
image then jumps up and down on load/shift-reload.
