Details

(Keywords: regression)

Affected versions

  • Firefox 68.5.0ESR
  • Firefox 73.0.1
  • Firefox 74.0
  • Firefox 75.0a1

Affected platforms

  • macOS 10.15

Steps to reproduce

  • Precondition: Have a dual display setup for mac, and keep the main Firefox window in the second screen, so the popup will be displayed on the main screen.
  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Access Metropoles for example
  3. Scroll to the "Ver Comentarios" button and access it
  4. Access any of the log in options

Expected result

  • The popup is correctly displayed

Actual result

  • The page in the popup is shrinked on the upper left side corner

Regression range

  • Will search for a regression.

Additional notes

  • The issue can be seen in the following attachment.
  • I don't know if it is related only to retina displays, as I encountered this issue on a retina mac.
  • This issue is also reproducible on nearly every site that has these login options.
  • Windows and Ubuntu doesn't seem to be affected.

Bugbug thinks this bug is a regression, but please revert this change in case of error.

Keywords: regression

I tried to do a mozregression on this issue but it happens all the way back to 61, any build older than that does not have the login button that causes the pop up window to be displayed. This issue is not a recent regression, I will remove the regression window wanted flag.
