16207 - WIN98: mozilla.exe crashes on startup

I launched a 10/12/99 nightly build on my windows98 laptop (IBM 600 thinkpad),
and crashed on startup with the following information:

In the DOS console:
"Registering DOM Viewer

Each time following this attempt to launched mozilla.exe, I crash.  I re-
downloaded the nightly build twice, and still crash on startup.

This doesn't seem to happen on my WindowsNT desktop, so I'm filing it as
a bug specific to win98.

Have you already followed the steps in the Release Notes in the "READ THIS Before
You Install" section? If you're still encountering this bug after performing
them, could you please re-open it with your comments?
