The instructions on installation and uninstallation are out of date:
- Windows XP, Vista, 2000 and Server 2003 are still referenced
- macOS should be used instead of Mac OS X
- no mention of 64-bit installs
- filename examples are in the old style
First draft, I think I have caught most of the things that need to be changed.
