I'm sharing my mail folder between win98 and linux.  When I reboot to the other
OS, the mail and filters are all there, but the filters can't find the folders
that the filters point to.  I can go in and tell them again which folders to put
mail in, and it works, until I change OSes again, the same thing happens with both.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a mail aaccount in win98, add filters (send to folder 'bugs' where
sender contains 'bugzilla')
2. Reboot into linux
3. POP mail from bugzilla, read error message about folder bugs not found.

Actual Results:  Filters see the folders, and move appropriate mail there

Expected Results:  Filters don't see folders, and leave mail in inbox.

This is related to Bug 58647, perhaps even a dependant.

Probably a dupe of bug 168477, which explains that folders can't be found
because case differs between folders and saved filters.
