Export bookmarks but get nothing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.In Bookmarks Manger, select Tools > Exprot
2.Choose a folder any then Save
3.

Actual Results:  Get nothing in the folder

Expected Results:  This should not be a problem, before 1.1a it never happened.
My bookmarks contain some Chinese.
