GeckoView doesn't use sync in Gecko, so these just confuse people if they appear in about:config in Fenix.

Oops. The ones in all.js are already guarded by MOZ_SERVICES_SYNC, which is not defined on Android. We have some other ones in mobile.js, though. Moving this to GeckoView.

There also identity.fxaccounts.auth.uri here which, I don't know what it's doing off all on its lonesome unguarded by any flags.
