Steps to reproduce:
Basic Bugzilla installation, visit Search/Advanced
Actual results:
Nothing selected in "Products", "Components", or "Status". The meaning is "no filter", or "select all".
Under "Resolution", however, an entry "---" is selected. Experiments reveal, that the meaning isn't "select all", but "select bugs with resolution ---".
Expected results:
The UI should be consistent, and the select box "Resolution" should behave just like the others:
1.) There should not be an additional row. There should be only the rows with resolutions, that may be used to resolve a bug.
2.) By default, no rows should be selected. And this default should be equivalent to "select all".

Because this bug's Severity has not been changed from the default since it was filed, and it's Priority is -- (Backlog,) indicating it has has not been previously triaged, the bug's Severity is being updated to -- (default, untriaged.)

The severity of these bugs was changed, mistakenly, from normal to S3.
Because these bugs have a priority of --, indicating that they have not been previously triaged, these bugs should be changed to Severity of --.

The idea behind this is that by default, you want to look at open bugs, not resolved ones. This is done this way by design.
