Steps to reproduce

• devtools.webconsole.input.eagerEvaluation set on true;

1. Launch Firefox, enable DevTools, select the Console tab;
2. Start typing any expression so the autocomplete menu pops up;
3. Zoom out the DevTools;

Expected result

• menu and styling elements are properly resized;

Actual result

• menu shadow remains in place;

Additional notes

• attached screenshot with the issue;
• macOS 10.15 and Windows 10/Ubuntu 16.04 are not affected by this issue; 74.0b9, 74.0 are not affected;
