When moving mouse over "menu bar" on the page, some menus become hidden by the
flash applet on the page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.falconstor.com/
2. Move mouse over menu bar - Resources, Partners, etc.


Actual Results:  Some "menus", which overlap the flash applet are hidden (fully
or partially).

Expected Results:  Show all menus above other graphics

This is just a problem of the Flash plugin. Macromedia is the one that you
should complain about the issue.
