1621585 - Devtools dark theme change the content position in the call stack panel

Steps:

1. Launch Firefox Nightly and navigate to: https://befitting-titanoceratops.glitch.me/
2. Press F12 to open the devtools panel, go to devtools settings and set the Themes to dark.
3. Select the "Debugger" tab and open JS client.js
4. Right click on the "resolve" line (line 14) and add a breakpoint.
5. Press the "Click Me!" button from the page opened in Step 1.

Actual result:

The client.js: 14, client.js:13 etc. are moved to the right edge of the panel when dark theme is applied.

Expected result:

The client.js: 14, client.js:13 etc should keep their position no matter if the theme is changed.

Verified - Fixed in latest Nightly 76.01 (build id: 20200324214641) using Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04.
