Need to verify that .git related files are not vendored with mach vendor rust so that it doesn't cause issues like found in Bug 1621564

The problem is that we don't control what rust crates contain on crates.io, which is what we vendor. If they contain .git* files, well, then they contain .git* files. We could hack around it by editing the checksums files that cargo places there, but that's undocumented territory and cargo may change the format of those files at any moment. To me, this is wontfix.
