we run awsy on opt and shippable on autoland every 10th push, can we run on just shippable?

I see on autoland that we have awsy jobs (3 of them). I see opt duplicated with shippable for:
linux64
linux64-qr
win7
win10
win10-qr
that is 15 extra jobs we are running when typically we run only shippable on autoland.

I'm not aware of any reasons. Perhaps :erahm can say if these are needed?
