Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, enable DevTools, select the Console tab;
2. Click inside the console and type the letter: v or m;

Expected result

• autocomplete menu displayed above the input - strings are contained;

Actual result

• several options appear truncated by the scroll bar;

Regression range

• First bad: 2018-08-27
• Last good: 2018-08-28
• Pushlog: URL
• checking for this, saw that up until this point there were less options listed in the menu and no need for the scroll bar;
