Sort-of WFM under Win98, moz build 2002081018. The rest of the document *does* render, but only after a very long gap that doesn't show up in IE.
If you scroll down you will see the text. The problem is this markup: <td colspan="2" height="5320"> Resolving as INVALID - we are doing what the author asked for.

Do we really want to evangelize every error we find out there? I thought we only did sites that had "compatibility" problems (like document.all or LAYER) or where they had misunderstood [CSS2] standard (and because Mozilla implements so well and others don't - it caused some problem).
