1622576 - Add the ability to compare more than two revisions at the same time

Currently the compare view only supports two revisions at once. To compare multiple revisions requires having several tabs opening and doing a visual compare between them

Presently the think-about view just backings two amendments on the double. To look at numerous modifications requires having a few tabs opening and doing a visual look between them.

We're not going to implement this in Perfherder, but PerfCompare supports selecting multiple revisions for comparison.
