some users have issues understanding how to use the compare view of Perfherder. Improve the UX of this component so that it is more intuitive

This is working for me now, unfortunately, I don't remember what I was doing before that wasn't working. Being able to easily filter to only see your own try pushes would be very helpful.

There have been no updates to the PR, and with my current H2 goal I will likely create a meta bug for improvements to perfherder UX in general, and more specific sub tasks
